Shwe Co
I don't think Shwe Co missed a day of social welfare training. He was on the edge of his seat the whole time. When he first came to the training he was just a representative of the social worker from the section of the camp where he lives. But when he came to the next week of training he shared, with excitement, that because of the wisdom that he had demonstrated during the first training he had been promoted to Social Welfare Worker. He really emanated a commitment to helping his people and a sensitivity to those who are suffering. As long as there are people like Shwe Co serving the community it will be a good place to live.
